48-Hour Cancellation Policy

At Coach House Studio, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To accommodate this, we have implemented a 48-hour cancellation policy for all bookings unless otherwise stated for Courses/Workshops/Retreats.

Cancellation Policy for appointments and classes:

1. Cancellations Made 48 Hours or More Before Booking Time:

   • If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund.

2. Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before Booking Time:

   • If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund. This policy is in place due to the difficulty of filling the time slot on short notice.

3. Cancellation Requests:

   • All cancellation requests must be submitted via natasha@coachhousestudioappleby.co.uk -  Please include your booking details (name, date, and time) to ensure your request is processed promptly.

4. Refund Process:

   • Approved cancellation requests made 48 hours or more in advance will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or as studio credit by agreement.

5. Rescheduling:

   • If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled time to avoid cancellation fees. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time.
