Ashtanga Vinyasa inspired Power Yoga class, faster paced and some more advanced poses with arm balances and inversions.

Circuits

Circuits training using various equipment,  weights, resistance bands and bodyweight. Lots of isometric movements, less pressure and stress on joints, more focus on muscle strength for longevity and endurance.
